Body Discovered

A body has been found along a road in northwest Jefferson County. Police say they were called to the 2500 block of Atwood Ferry Road. That's the same area where the SUV of a missing elderly man was found this week. No word yet on whether that body is a match for 75-year old James Cuthbertson, who is from the Memphis area. Cuthbertson's family reported him missing after he failed to return after leaving home for a local book store. He was later spotted in Tuscumbia, Jasper, and Birmingham, where credit card records show his final purchase was made at a McDonald's on Lomb Avenue last Saturday.
